SELENE (Sell-Ee'-Nee; Female): Considered another Moon goddess, or rather, the goddess of the Moon in its second aspect (Full Moon, The Matron, or lover/bride) and her muses Erato and Calliope.

When I started painting her I had no idea where I was going with it, it was born when I wasn't paying attention. In case you are sitting there thinking that I must have been drinking to paint such big kitty cats one is a Serval and the other a Margay . (I knew someone that owned a Serval. Did you know they play just like a house cat?) Do you want to know what a dummy I am? Instead of painting a few gold links for my leashes and copy and pasting them, I painted a cockatrillion. Smart huh? Everything was painted but the balcony, I cheated on the bricks.

Wow :wow: I don't know what to say :omg: That's a marvelous work, elegant and mysterious. The woman is splendid, the scenery is fantastic (the sky with the moon is a pure delight) and both cats and margays are so cute! :clap:
